*Zoo is OPEN 7 days a week, except for an early close on Christmas Eve, and closures on Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day. The zoo also closes for 2 weeks in January for essential maintenance.
At the checkout: PLEASE add a note to your order with:
- name of person the membership is for
- their email address so that we can associate the membership with their email.
PLEASE NOTE: This purchase is not for a physical item/card, it is a digital purchase only. The membership will be assigned to the email address that you provide at checkout. The person for who it is gifted will need to log into the Northumberland Zoo app (using the same email address) to access the valid card in their app wallet.
When your purchase has completed, you will be emailed a gift voucher of the membership that you can then gift to someone.

Important Information:
- Your pass must be presented at all times to obtain admission and any benefits.
- Membership passes are issued to an individual and are non-transferable. Proof of ID will be requested at the main entrance upon entry.
Terms and Conditions
- When visiting us please ensure you have your valid annual pass in your Northumberland Zoo app wallet or your physical card with you which must be shown in order to enter Northumberland Zoo or admission will be charged, which is non-refundable. Only the person who is named on the card can gain entry.
- Annual passes are issued to an individual and are shown as valid within the app. Screenshots of membership cards will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to cancel an annual pass without refund, if an annual pass holder knowingly allows a third party to use their card.
- Any physical annual passes are not transferable and remain the property of Northumberland Zoo and must not be defaced.
- Guests upgrading admission tickets to an annual pass must have their own admission ticket for upgrading. This offer excludes any voluntary donation paid on admission. Another person’s admission ticket cannot be used.
- Guests purchasing annual passes for another person cannot have the cost of their admission deducted from the purchase.
- A Northumberland Zoo annual pass is valid for a full year from date of processing.
- A Northumberland Zoo annual pass entitles the holder to as many visits as they wish during the period of validity, subject to the normal terms and conditions of entry.
- Duplicate or lost/replacement annual passes will incur a nominal charge of £2.00 per card. 24 hours’ notice is required in order to reissue.
- Northumberland Zoo is closed Christmas Da,y Boxing Day, New Years Day and for two weeks in January for maintenance.
- All annual pass holders are subject to the normal conditions of entry.
- Child and Under 2’s annual pass holders must always be accompanied by an adult.
- The management reserves the right to refuse entry or discounts if a valid annual pass is not produced.
- Once activated the validity of a Northumberland Zoo annual pass cannot be refunded or cancelled during the 12-month period.
- A Northumberland Zoo annual pass, even if inactive, is not eligible for a refund after purchase. This policy applies to memberships that have not yet been activated as well as those that still have valid time remaining.
- If Northumberland Zoo is closed by circumstances beyond our control, annual pass holders are not entitled to a refund.
- Annual passes cannot be purchased using any other promotions or discounts.

The information taken at the time of purchase is required to be collected for the purpose of processing your annual pass and ensuring we advise you of any changes and when it is time to renew. We may process your data to keep you informed of news, events and special offers which may be of interest to you.
